Costs & coverage

Many patients pay little or nothing out of pocket.

Remote patient monitoring and chronic care management are covered by Medicare Part B for eligible patients. Medicare typically pays 80%, and the remaining share is often picked up by a Medicare Supplement (Medigap) or secondary insurance. We'll walk you through your likely costs before you enroll — no surprises.

Questions

Answers before you ask

What is remote patient monitoring?
You use simple devices at home to take readings like blood pressure, weight, glucose, or oxygen. The readings are sent securely to a care team supervised by a licensed provider, who reviews them and follows up when needed.
Will it cost me anything?
Medicare Part B typically covers 80% for eligible patients. The remaining ~20% coinsurance is often covered by a Medigap or secondary plan. We'll review your likely out-of-pocket cost with you before you enroll. Checking eligibility is always free.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. The devices come ready to use and we walk you through everything on a friendly setup call. If you can take your own blood pressure, you can do this.
Who looks at my readings?
A care team working under the supervision of a licensed provider. Your interactions are documented in your medical record, and your provider stays in the loop.
Is my information private?
Yes. We handle your information with privacy in mind and do not sell your personal information. Please don't submit emergency medical details through the website — for emergencies call 911.
Can I stop at any time?
